– Authorization: You authorize Gordon Technical to act as an intermediary between you and the product manufacturer for the purpose of submitting a warranty claim. This includes sharing any relevant data and information provided in this form with the manufacturer to initiate and support the claim process.

– Data Sharing: You consent to the disclosure of your personal and product information as necessary to process the warranty claim with the manufacturer. Gordon Technical commits to handling your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring that data shared is strictly for the purpose of the warranty claim.

– No Liability: You acknowledge and agree that Gordon Technical shall not be held liable for any outcomes, delays, denials, or issues arising directly or indirectly from the warranty claim process. This includes, but is not limited to, manufacturer’s decisions, product repair, replacement, or compensation disputes.

– Warranty Coverage: You understand that Gordon Technical is not responsible for determining the coverage or validity of the warranty claim. The manufacturer’s warranty policy will govern the eligibility and approval of all claims. You agree to abide by the manufacturer’s final decision regarding the claim.

– Communication: You agree that Gordon Technical may communicate with you regarding the status of your warranty claim and to facilitate any necessary correspondence between you and the manufacturer.

– Amendments: Gordon Technical reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to you in a timely manner.

By proceeding with the warranty claim submission through Gordon Technical, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms.
