Our scale calibration services were all designed to test ranges on your scale that your lab uses on a daily basis. This ensures that no matter what level of service you choose, our calibrations help you produce your best mix possible.

Three levels of service to meet your labs needs

Base

The base level service is our first level of service designed to meet the requirements of AASHTO M-231 and includes:

• a 5-point linear scale calibration within a predefined range

Standard

The standard level of service is our second tier designed to test a larger range of your scale exceeding AASHTO M-231 and includes:

• a 10-point linear scale calibration across a predefined range

HB44

The HB44 level of service is our third tier designed to test multiple factors required by NIST Handbook 44 and includes:

• a 10-point linear scale calibration across a predefined range
• a shift test, testing all 4 quadrants of your scales platform
• a sensitivity test
