The G2 Gyratory Compactor prepares compacted asphalt specimens for Superpave mix design, quality control, and materials testing workflows.
The electromechanical system allows operators to compact by number of gyrations, specified height, or locking point, with selectable internal or external angle control from the control panel.
- Applied pressure range: 200-1000 kPa.
- Angle of gyration: 0.00-1.50 degrees, selectable as internal or external angle.
- Fixed gyration speed: 30 gyrations per minute.
- Supports 150 mm, 100 mm, and 101.6 mm mold dimensions listed for AASHTO T 312 and ASTM D6925 requirements.
- Data output includes two USB data ports, network compatibility, and optional printer support.
