DKG Industrial Forced Convection Oven 

Reduced heating time to 1/2.5, cooling time to 1/4 (compared with conventional company products), horizontal air flow appropriate for loaded operation, the standard oven for production lines supporting multi power supplies. The product lineup includes a silicon free type.

  • Standard oven with simple operation whose temperature increase and decrease time has been improved 50% or more compared with conventional products to reduce product takt time.
  • Temperature increase time has been reduced up to 1/2.5 (at no load, compared with conventional company products), temperature decrease time has also been reduced to 1/4 (at no load, compared with conventional company products). Extensive increase in work efficiency is expected.
  • Employment of a total exhaust system in which air supply and discharge are linked by operation of the manual damper at the front realizes extensive reduction in temperature decrease time.

LBB FORCED CONVECTION BENCHTOP OVEN

The Despatch LBB Forced convection benchtop oven features a combination of horizontal and vertical airflow that offers excellent temperature uniformity at a moderate price. It is recommended for a variety of laboratory and production applications including drying, curing, annealing and materials testing. Powerful open coil heating elements and a forward curved fan deliver faster heat-up rates and short processing times. Digital controls regulate temperatures within tight tolerances. A 3/4 inch (1.9cm) LED panel displays temperatures in large, bright, easy-to-read numbers. Temperatures can be reported in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.

The LBB is designed and manufactured to provide years of dependable service. The fan and heater are top-mounted to prevent damage from spills. When spills do occur, the corrosion-resistant stainless steel interior and nickel plated shelves clean up easily. The motor is permanently lubricated and virtually maintenance free. And Despatch warrants the heater performance for a full five years the best warranty in the industry. Every LBB benchtop oven is UL and C-UL listed, and receives a thorough performance test before shipping.

A top-mounted fan draws air through the heater coils and propels it back to the chamber through plenums in the side walls, resulting in consistent, uniform temperatures. Standard shelves handle up to 50 lbs.; reinforced shelves handle up to 200 lbs. All shelves are nickel plated for maximum durability and easy clean up. Built-in shelf supports make it easy to change shelf locations.

LAC HIGH PERFORMANCE BENCHTOP OVEN

The LAC benchtop oven features horizontal recirculating airflow and exceptional temperature uniformity. The result is proven reliability in demanding production and laboratory applications, such as curing, drying, sterilizing, aging, and other process-critical procedures. The high-performance benchtop oven delivers temperatures up to 260℃ (500℉). The LAC uses horizontal recirculating airflow to ensure uniform temperatures throughout the oven. A high-volume fan circulates air through perforated, stainless steel walls to create a constant horizontal airflow across all sections of the oven. Protocol 3™ is a microprocessor-based temperature and hi-limit controller with large LCD display and real time clock for auto start capability. The LCD display shows temperature readings along with clear, detailed information on oven status. Although there are several different models and styles, all of our Bench series ovens offer these standard features: fan-forced air circulation, aluminized interiors, Incoloy sheathed heating elements, 6-lb high-density mineral wool insulation, gasketed doors, adjustable 80-lb capacity shelves, high/low heat switch, rapid run-up and recovery times, 6-foot cord with plug, baked in scratch-resistant powder coated finish, and an 18-month factory warranty.
