The Gilson HM-651 Curing Tank Heater maintains water temperature in concrete curing tanks up to 350 gal for proper curing of concrete specimens.

It is designed to hold the required concrete curing temperature of 73.4 F +/- 3 F (23 C +/- 1.7 C) when ambient conditions are 53-72 F (12-22 C). One heater is recommended per 200 gal of water; larger tanks, heavier specimen loading, or cooler ambient conditions may require additional heaters.

The unit uses an Incoloy-shielded 19 in heating element attached to a sealed stainless steel housing with a dial-type proportional controller. The element must remain immersed at least 12 in while operating.
