GTSSI Games Reward Program
Official Rules
Effective July 30, 2026
1. Sponsor
The GTSSI Games Reward Program is sponsored by Gordon Technical Sales & Service, Inc., 1551 Oakbridge Drive, Suite H, Powhatan, Virginia 23139 (GTSSI or Sponsor).
2. Eligibility
The program is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old, are located in the United States, are participating for legitimate business purposes, and use a GTSSI account registered in their own name. Sponsor employees and people directly involved in administering the program are not eligible to earn rewards.
3. How to participate
Play an enabled game through gtssi.net and complete an eligible level. Sign in or create a GTSSI account when prompted. A completed level may be held temporarily in the same browser while authentication is completed, so the level does not need to be replayed solely because the player was logged out.
4. Current campaigns and rewards
Final Pass
- $5.00 fixed-cart reward for each newly completed eligible level; 11 eligible levels; maximum $55.00 per account for this campaign.
- Each eligible level may earn a reward only once per account, even if the level is replayed.
- The reward has no expiration date and no maintenance fee.
5. Using rewards
Rewards are issued as account-bound WooCommerce fixed-cart coupons. Game rewards may be combined with other available game rewards. Use with other offers is subject to the restrictions shown at checkout. Rewards apply only to eligible merchandise and do not reduce shipping charges or taxes. Rewards cannot be transferred, sold, redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards, or applied to a previous order. When a reward exceeds the eligible merchandise subtotal, any unused portion is forfeited when that single-use coupon is redeemed.
6. Account and fair-play limits
One GTSSI account may be used by each participant. Automated play, scripts, false identities, duplicate accounts, tampering, fabricated completion messages, resale, or other attempts to obtain rewards outside ordinary gameplay are prohibited. GTSSI may delay, deny, or revoke unredeemed rewards and may cancel an affected order when it reasonably determines that abuse occurred. Multiple legitimate employees or locations sharing a business address are not automatically disqualified, but GTSSI may request business verification.
7. Technical issues and corrections
Internet access and a compatible browser are required. If a verifiable completion is not recorded because of a technical problem, contact GTSSI within 30 days with the account email, game, level, and approximate completion time. GTSSI may correct a claim after reviewing available records. GTSSI is not responsible for failures caused by a participant device, connection, unsupported software, or unauthorized interference.
8. Accessibility
GTSSI will provide an accessible alternative method of participation for an eligible person who cannot use the game because of a disability. Contact GTSSI using the information below to request assistance without making a purchase.
9. Privacy
GTSSI records the account ID, campaign, completed level, timestamps, reward status, and limited gameplay diagnostics needed to administer and protect the program. Games may be delivered through an embedded third-party host. Review the GTSSI Privacy Policy.
10. Changes, suspension, and governing law
GTSSI may modify, suspend, or end a campaign prospectively when reasonably necessary because of technical failures, abuse, security concerns, business needs, or legal requirements. Properly issued rewards will remain valid under the terms in effect when issued unless they were obtained through fraud or abuse. The program is void where prohibited and is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
