Our Response to COVID-19

What we are doing

  • We are cleaning our facilities daily to combat surface contamination
  • All incoming shipments are being held for 24 hours before being sent out to ensure our packages our safe.
  • We have requested that all local customers refrain from entering our facility. Supplies can still be picked up from our rear truck bay.
  • We have contacted each vender and have fixed supply chain interruptions
  • We are washing our hands regularly
    • Did you know that soap destroys the membrane of the COVID-19 virus? In just 20-30 seconds of hand washing, cell membranes are broken down. Mix that with running water to carry off the remnants, and you have effectively stopped the surface spread of COVID-19.
  • We are maintaining strict social distancing guidelines
    • All of our in-house employees are maintaining a minimum of 6 feet of distance between each other
      • This includes our freight and parcel partners during deliveries
  • We are providing support to all of our employees both at work and at home to make sure that everyone can continue working.

What we ask of you

  • Allow packages that come from us to be quarantined for 24 hours.
    • While we do everything we can to ensure our facility is cleaned, we cannot guarantee that all shipping companies are adhering to the same strict guidelines
  • If you have face shields from NCAT accessory kits that have not been opened/used, please consider donating them to local hospitals. If you are unsure of how to do this or need help, you may send us your face shields and we will donate them on your behalf.
    • We can cover shipping costs and orchestrate pickups if you are unable.
  • If you need equipment serviced and are able to ship it to us, please consider this option.
    • Because hotels and food locations are a challenge, our technicians are limited in where they can go. Shipping your equipment to us is the fastest possible turn around time.
